Driving on Hana hwy it's only natural to look all around. On the way back from Haiku after going through the curve in Sprecklesville a look to the left and you see Haleakala. There are often clouds, sometimes rainbows and occasionally it is clear especially in the late afternoon. The trade winds usually squash the clouds into the side of the mountain. This day the top was clear with some swirling clouds above and a line of darker ones about a third of the way down. Another magic visual surprise that reminds you it pays to look around and how lucky we are to be on Maui.
